DR Jayshan Keejoo is an internationally recognised and accredited arbitrator, mediator, legal and management professional as well as coach, program, project and change development strategist. Born and brought up in Mauritius. I come from a quite very poor family and emancipated my educational and professional career at a steady pace. He have had a tough childhood with a very strict father which led me to a very successful professional. Jayshan then moved to UK and USA for his tertiary education. He obtained his first degree in International Business Administration in the UK followed by his MBA in Total Quality Management. He then pursued his studies and successfully completed his LLB in the UK and LLM in the USA and is a certified Project Manager from the Institute of Project Managers & Administrator, UK. Jayshan holds two doctorates namely in Project Management & Administration and Human Resources respectively, from USA. Currently, he is working with foreign key companies in Legal matters, Mediation and Arbitration and Human Resource. He is leading a team of young emerging professionals and guide them of how to promote themselves on the international fronts. Dr. Keejoo has been lecturing in Mauritius and UK and giving guest lectures in the USA in the presence of high profile people from top companies. Today, these companies have had a total corporate change, with an open global mindset view of managing and driving the organisation to success. Dr Keejoo is also a licensed Global Mindset trainer and Member of various bodies as well as Sitting Council Member in decision making.
